Amber ale inspired to the liqueur named Bacio as well, which was produced at the very beginning of the 20th century by the former pharmacist of S. Pellegrino Terme, our brewer’s grand-father. Produced by warm fermentation, it is slightly and naturally cloudy. Characterized by the use of American hops and caramelized malts,
it has fruity and floral flavor both in smell and in taste,
and a dry and bitter final.
