The fruit was fermented in stainless steel tanks with traditional pumpovers
carried out each day to aid fruit and tannin development. The
separate lots were then pressed to older French and Americna oak
barriques for twelve months’ maturation.
This beautiful Pinot Noir shows typical characteristics of red cherry,
strawberry, earth and spice. The palate is medium-bodied and succulent,
with forest floor complexity woven into the cherry fruit, and silky texture.
